Project Description

The project involves analyzing and designing solutions for various product offerings and business requirements within the organization. The SWD Architect will create and maintain solution design documents, infrastructure diagrams, and technical documentation for both new and existing systems.

The project includes significant involvement in cloud-based initiatives, particularly with Azure, focusing on data architecture, data warehouse design, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory (ADF). The architect will work closely with development teams to migrate on-premise databases to Azure data stores and ensure high-quality documentation and architectural standards.

The project also requires presenting architectural diagrams to regional architecture boards for approval and maintaining database architecture standards through design reviews and training.

The goal is to enhance the performance, stability, and interoperability of the enterprise’s data systems while aligning with business strategies and requirements.

As a Solutions Architect, you will help us define, and execute against, our vision for global expansion and architectural design across Evoke technical stack. You will be responsible for working with our Product Owners and business stakeholders to design solutions that put the best possible foundation into place for Evoke and our future growth.

You will be comfortable in supporting all aspects of the architecture role in an Agile delivery through planning, design, implementation, testing, releasing and feedback. You will be hands on when you need to be and will drive adoption through practical application and not through excessive documentation. Though you will be focused on delivery within the Tech department, there is opportunity and autonomy to drive good solutions design, sound architectural practices and consistent approach across the whole of Evoke. Whether our goals are commercially led, business driven or technically focused you will be the key evangelist of your supporting solutions, and the benefits provided.
