Customer
Our client is a rapidly growing technology leader in digital accessibility software that helps enterprises make their web and mobile offerings accessible to everyone. Its AI-enabled products save developer time and reduce risk via proprietary discovery and analysis algorithms that integrate directly into software development pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade code according to requirements
- Conduct engineering research to support the development and product teams
- Collaborate closely with product management, research, development, and support teams to align with business needs and priorities
- Provide guidance and mentoring, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of mobile solutions that meet high-quality standards
- Maintain code quality and automate processes
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mobile development to continuously improve our products and processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in iOS development (Swift)
- Proficiency in modern mobile development frameworks and technologies (UIKit, SwiftUI)
- Good technical background in mobile development, architecture, and design
- Experience with Scrum and Agile development methodologies
- Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and collaboration
- Experience with dependency management tools such as CocoaPods and Swift Package Manager (SPM)
- Strong problem-solving and research abilities
- Upper-Intermediate level of English with a readiness to use English in all work discussions
- Understanding of accessibility principles and practices [nice to have]
- Familiarity with SDK development [nice to have]
- Familiarity with Android and cross-platform frameworks [nice to have]
- Knowledge of Objective-C [nice to have]
- Experience with Appium [nice to have]

- Working hours: ~ 9 am - 6 pm (8h work + 1h break)- flexible but depends on team needs
