Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of software products
- Analyze and review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand the project requirements and determine the appropriate testing approach
- Identify, isolate, and document defects and issues found during testing, and work with developers to resolve them
- Participate in the development of testing strategies, including the selection of appropriate tools and technologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process through the identification and implementation of best practices
- Maintain accurate records of all testing activities, including test cases, results, and defects
- Participate in code and design reviews to ensure that solutions are of high quality and meet project standards
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and methodologies, and actively seek out opportunities to learn and improve
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance and testing processes, and provide guidance and support to other team members
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a manual software QA engineer
- At least 2 years of experience in Cypress automation framework
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive STP and STD
- Hands-on experience with testing back-end and front-end (UI) systems - via browsers and API
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in working with incomplete requirements
- Hands-on experience with JIRA
- Basic knowledge of Javascript, ReactJS, CSS, NodeJS a plus
