We are looking for an IT specialist to join one of our Client teams within the Informatics division.
The team focus on delivering technology that evolves the practice of medicine and helps patients live longer, better lives. Poland plays the role of Technology Co-creation and Acceleration Hub building capabilities driving digital innovation.

Their dynamic team currently comprises 10 highly skilled Data & Integration Engineers, strategically located in Europe and Asia. As a cohesive unit, they are dedicated to advancing digital ecosystem by proficiently implementing Event-Driven Integration and Data Streaming architecture styles. Their primary focus centers on building and maintaining a state-of-the-art data platform, which serves as both an event mesh and a platform for real-time data processing—an integral component of modern digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- You will be working on Kafka automation infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Ansible or Terraform.
- You will be implementing security measures such as encryption, authentication, and authorization.
- You will be designing and building CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab to integrate Kafka deployments into release pipelines.
- You will be automating Kafka clusters deployment configuration, topic configuration, monitoring and ensuring the health, performance, and reliability of Kafka clusters.
- You will be collaborating with agile development teams and guiding them to follow best practices in terms of topic taxonomy creation, optimizing partitions and adapting CI/CD deployment.
- You will be building custom connectors and working on kStreams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Linux fundamentals and Bash scripting.
- Expertise in infrastructure and networking.
- Demonstrated capability in designing and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Profound knowledge of infrastructure automation, Configuration Management, and Infrastructure as Code (IAC).
- Hands-on expertise with Cloud-native infrastructure and deployment tools such as Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform.
- Ability to set up monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation using tools like ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Proven experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
- Proficiency in Git and Source Control.
- Advanced English, C1 level.
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and Agile practices. [nice to have]
