- Developing, managing and enhancing new and existing client relationships 🤝
- Building long-term relationships with the assigned clients

- Keeping cold blooded attitude (like the Clint Eastwood in Good, bad and ugly 🤠) and be determined- we usually play for a high stake so it is hard not to excite too early but we can try together 😜
- Cooperation with other Recruitment Consultant from hireplace.it
- Take care of hireplace.it and Client's Employer Branding
- Maintaining good atmosphere of support and common goals (#nobaddays)

Requirements

- Recruitment experience (min. 3 years) 💪
- Successful IT Recruitment experience (min. 2 years)
- Business Development experience min. 3 years (IT industry - nice to have)
- English skills min. B2/C1 🇬🇧 - at most cases we cooperate with English speaking Clients so it would be nice to understand our Clients needs 😉
- Sourcing skills 🔎
- Wide experience with cooperation with Tech, HR or Account Managers
- Ability to work out compromises and support each other

- Basic remuneration 7,5-10,5 k net+VAT/month (B2B) // CoE equivalent 💰
- Monthly financial commission in rage 2500 - 18000 PLN net+VAT (with no limits) - it is calculated on the basis of company financial results since founded (the average Senior's commission is almost 5k net+VAT/month) 💸
